My Approach

I combine psychodynamic and relational therapy with EMDR treatment to support clients in healing from past experiences and navigating present challenges. In my work, I focus on understanding patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences, helping clients gain insight into how their past shapes their present.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy I am trained to provide, designed to help process traumatic or distressing experiences safely and effectively. When appropriate, I integrate EMDR into therapy alongside relational and psychodynamic work to promote deeper healing, emotional regulation, and lasting change.

My approach is individualized and collaborative, creating a safe space for exploration, reflection, and growth. Therapy is a process where insight meets action, empowering clients to move forward with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
